With everyone talking about how
With the high smartphone adoption rate in the world, phones become the key element in connecting various systems together, making them a very powerful tool. Possible use cases that our phones can interact with may include door access, lift system, navigation, carpark system, loading area, meeting rooms etc. Users benefit from smarter buildings, malls
At Embrio, we have developed an all-in-app that brings these various systems together and it has helped our clients in the following areas.
Our Wayfinder app can be used for navigation within the building as well as look for products within a store. It also caters to the visually impaired to allow them to navigate their way around a building with voice-guided assistance.
After a user parks the car, a marker can be left on the map and the map will guide the user back to the car. It also helps drivers to look for available slots and if the building has a carpark lift, the app can be used to park and collect the car.
Users can use their phones for the door and turnstile access. Tenants can grant visitor access via QR or temporary code generated based on the time of their visit. Lift access can be limited to floors where users are authorized to go. Drive-in visitors can sign in based on their car plate number which is pre¬registered by the tenant.
Other areas of use can include though not limited to targeted promotions, controlling a hotel’s aircon, lights, curtains, water leak alert sent to your phone.
